Hi, welcome to Harmony Play Therapy – we’re so glad you're here.

We know it can feel like a big step to reach out for support for your child, but you’re not alone.
Every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported - we’re here to help
make that happen through the power of play.
What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy is a gentle, child‑centred approach for children aged 3–12 who may find it hard to put their feelings into words. Using the natural language of play, children are given a safe and supportive space to express emotions, explore challenges, and discover new strengths. Sessions are led by the child, making therapy enjoyable and something they look forward to, while parents often notice their child becoming more relaxed, confident, and connected. The heart of Play Therapy is a caring relationship with the therapist, who listens, reflects, and walks alongside the child with empathy and respect. This supportive connection helps children build emotional regulation, coping skills, and resilience. Play Therapy is inclusive of all abilities and helpful for children experiencing trauma, anxiety, behavioural challenges, low self‑esteem, or developmental differences, offering a consistent and confidential space where they can grow at their own pace.
